How did you make out with your breathing exercise from Day 1?
Keep on keeping on for 2 more days (or more!), but we're going to add another challenge... If it's early and your still in bed checking your social media, take a minute, put down your phone and try the following...
Stretch out your body and breathe deeply - wiggle your fingers and toes. Stretch and feel the joy of being in your body. Take a minute and breathe that joy into every cell of your being.
Too often we jump out of bed thinking of what needs to be done in the coming day ahead. Stop and enjoy this moment for yourself. If you are already up and about, you can do the same thing - just standing up.
