Not your everyday basil… this plant is considered sacred in India and is planted in a special pot at the front door of homes for prosperity and good health. It has a wonderful spicy sweet smell and makes a lovely tea to relax with at the end of the day to welcome you home promote a sense of well being. I started growing this 4-5 year ago and is now one of my most favourite herbs. A must have for your tea garden.
