Day 21– Commitment
Research shows that 120 minutes of time outside in nature per week is beneficial for your physical and mental state. Research also shows that it takes 21 days of practice to build a habit.
We’ve all experienced how we feel when we spend time with nature, so let’s get out there.
Your challenge today is to commit to set up a plan on how you’ll engage in spending 2 hours over the next week in some kind of outside/connecting activity.
Some of us are good at planning meals, some planning meetings, some planning workouts. Same thing here…. book it in and then any extra spontaneous (when you need it!) time is just a bonus!
Keep track of your time in a notebook or on your phone and see how you do… Next Sunday, share your time and also maybe how you felt while doing it. Then, reset for the next week 😉
